Laurent Boudouani vs. David Reid
This will be Reid's first real test in his career. Laurent was an 88
silver medalist, and has defended his title 5 times. Reid, a 98 gold medalist, has a
quarter the fight experience yet is a 4 to 1 favorite against Laurent. In Reid's last
fight in Oct, he went 12 rounds against James Coker. Laurent's last fight in Nov.,
he stopped Terry Norris in 9. I believe experience will be the deciding favorite in this
fight.

Lou Savarese vs. Mount Whitaker
Lou is a durable fighter. His split decision loss to Foreman was a great
fight in which I thought he won. Lance is an exceptionaly large heavy weight (6'8"
with an 86" reach!) with massive KO power. He is undefeated with and 18-0 record, 16
by KO. Savarese is no little guy either. He's 6'5" with an 80" reach. Lou fared
well against an aging Foreman, but he has problems with big, hard hitting heavyweights (ie
his KO loss to David Izonritei) Lance is younger, and with Joe Goosen on Whitakers side, I
expect to see him catch Lou, and finish him off.

Daniel Santos vs. Ray Lovato
Although he was stopped in the sixth round, Ray looked excellent
against Felix Trinidad. This should prove to be a challenging fight for Santos, who is an
up and coming star. At 18-0-1 with 13 ko's, and an olympic bronze medalist in 96, Santos
has both the amature and world experience Ray lacks (not to mention heighth and reach
advantages).
